| 1 | In visual Studio 2010, select your wsp file from the "release folder" |
| 2 | Copy it to the target machine in an dedicated folder |
| 3 | On the target machine, open a command prompt window (as administrator) |
| 4 | Use the following code
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\14\BIN\stsadm.exe" -o addsolution -filename TzToolsFeature.wsp
where TzToolsFeature.wsp is the name of your wsp file |
| 5 | Open the Central Administration Page, and go to the System Settings | Farm Management | Manage Farm Solution |
| 6 | Click on your feature  |
| 7 | In the "detailled" view that is displayed, click on Deploy Solution |
| 8 | Select the deployment window (Now by default) and click Ok |
| 9 | Your feature is now deployed and available (for site feature you need to activate them at the site level) |
